职位描述

BASIC FUNCTION基本职责


1) To mentor and lead the project team to deliver design deliverables of required quality in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务

2) Responsible for developing working schedule; a good sense of priority in order to optimize the use of time.

负责产出工作进度，能较好地判断工作主次，以合理安排工作时间。

3) Able to lead a team independently into full DD/CD documentation development; an active participant in drawing implementation with shared responsibility.

能够独立带领团队完成概念、扩初和施工图阶段的图纸深化工作；积极参与到图纸深化工作中并承担制图任务。

4) Able to, from experience and in line with standards, resolve various types of drawing implementation issues.

能够根据经验及标准解决不同类型的图纸问题。

5) Review and inspect drawings, able to convey drawing instruction or intent through redlines, hand-sketches, mark-ups that can be understood by all levels of drawing implementation staff.

审核图纸并能通过注释意见，手稿及批注传递图纸指令和设计理念，并能被各层级的图纸深化人员所领悟。

6) Work with outside suppliers and service contractors on design-related issues

与外部供应商及顾问公司协调解决与设计相关问题。

7) Communicate with supervisor, management and client regarding new and revised drawings

与主管，管理层及客户就新的或需修改的图纸进行沟通。

8) Work with FF&E designers on drawings implementations to make sure all FF&E items are accurately marked, specified and annotated in drawings.

与软装（FF&E）设计师共同负责软装／硬装材料与图纸深化之间的协调工作，确保所有的软装（FF&E）品项在图纸上被正确的标注。

9) Accountable for drawing quality, in-depth knowledge of drawing quality control process & standards.

对图纸成果质量负责，熟知图纸质量控制流程和标准。

10) Train the team on drawing implementation standards and practices。

为团队提供图纸制作标准及操作方面的培训。

11) Attend workshops/minute meeting notes as required

根据要求参加工作会议。

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求

1) Associate Degree in architecture or interior design or equivalent 5~6 years working experience in (international) architectural or interior design firms

室内或室内建筑设计专业，或有5-6年（国际）建筑/室内设计公司工作经验

2) At least two projects of 4-5 star hotels as a leading conceptual designer role

超过2个国际4-5星级酒店主创概念设计经验

3) 4-5 years Auto CAD experience

4-5年使用CAD软件经验

4) 3-4 years Adobe Photo Shop experience.

3-4年使用Photoshop软件经验

5) Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

能熟练使用MS Office系统：Word, Excel, PowerPoint

6) Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization

能专业地与公司各层级人员进行沟通

7） Patient, good people skill and knows how to lead and motivate a team under pressure

有耐心，良好的人际沟通技巧，知道如何在压力下带领并激励团队

8) English proficiency is desired and considered a plus.
