Responsibilities:

To be actively involved in and committed to the implementation of all the company’s policies in all aspects of the job function.
To participate fully in company projects through personnel involvement when required in a timely manner.
To take part in the activities of APQP of new project to ensure all relevant quality documents are available
and filed.
To co-operate with project team to achieve project goal, e.g., schedule, quality, PPAP deliverables, etc..
To ensure that all quality system procedure are maintained at all times.
To responsible for incoming, process and final inspection.
To prepare quality control inspection criteria.
To develop inspection plan and/or inspection instructions, etc. for the material/product, complement the test
report.
To assure nonconforming material is quarantined and disposed in a timely manner to reduce the risk of
misusing nonconforming material and keep proper quality records.
To deal with internal and incoming scraps and reports.
To coordinate and/or develop the corrective/preventive actions for all the quality issues in incoming, process
and final inspection.
To be actively involved in problem solving with regards to continuous improvement of processes.
To participate in quality meeting with other departments, suppliers and customer if required.
To handle the customer quality complaint and provide corrective actions as required.

To carry out SPC analysis to improve the quality of our products.
To participate in all internal and external audit, process audit and product audit.
To coordinate gages calibration to assure all gages being used are in good conditions.
To coordinate CMM room’s activities to assure all inspection and test tasks are finalized according to
requirement and schedule.
To prepare and maintenance the relevant document and record in quality department.
Any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree of mechanic related subject.
At least three years experience in Auto industry in Quality area.
Good sense of quality related methods and standards.
Good English ability in both oral and written.
Good team work spirit.
Can work under pressure with good attitude.
Good experience in Hotforning process or welding process
