岗位描述：
Oversight of the NPE Quality Management System for NPE and ensuring full and consistent implementation and adherence, as well as continuous improvement of the QMS. Focus areas of the Quality Management System include, but are not limited to, handling and processing of non-conforming product, corrective and preventative actions, traceability of material, special processes, and documentation.
Ensuring compliance of the Quality Management System for NPE to meet regulatory agencies (API, ISO, etc…) and customer requirements. Establishes strategic quality plans, policies, and procedures at all levels, ensuring the QA program meets and, where appropriate, exceeds internal and external customers needs and expectations
Has responsibility for the oversight of all aspects of the business unit QA program including program development, auditing, and administration. Within NPE.
Responsible for the execution and monitoring of all quality related operations and processes in regards to equipment manufacturing , assembly and inspection to ensure adherence of the product to the customers’ and to regulatory agencies’ requirements as well as to ensure the overall quality of the finished product.
Responsible for the oversight on the development, implementation, and management of the vendor management program to ensure supply chain quality. Areas of focus in the vendor management program include vendor/source inspections, audits, NCR’s, development of work instructions and procedures for qualifying vendors, vendor database management, and development/oversight of vendor training.
Responsible for ensuring compliance of the weld program to industry and regulatory agency requirements.
Responsible for leading the development of goals and objectives for NPE as well as development of metrics and trending information to measure performance and to analyze the information and take actions as required.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a process for documenting and analyzing customer feedback regarding the operation’s performance and creating action plans based upon the feedback received.
Provides Quality training and mentoring of employees to facilitate change throughout the organization and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stays abreast of current industry standards and code requirements and communicates information related to products or services of the business unit.
Interfaces directly with other departments, technical entities, consultants, customers, and/or suppliers on quality related issues.
Works in unison with NOV Rig Solutions Global Quality Assurance team to ensure consistency of the QMS and its implementation, as well as conformance with NOV global processes and standards.
