职位描述
Location: Shanghai, China
Objective: The position of Key Accounting / Business Developer shall have a full and overall view of the key accounts activities internally and externally in the respective business scope. It develops and executes the company’s strategy with the account and develops and increases the quality and quantity of the account. Therefore, a precise and tangible understanding of all stakeholders including clients’ needs and demands is developed, maintained and executed. The Key Accounting / Business Developer is responsible for gathering, executing, updating and maintaining information, orders, processes and prospective of assigned accounts, increase quality and quantity of the account and the company's revenue, gross profit and performance with the account. It aims to have a precise knowledge of the market situation and to provide strategic and detailed information to the company’s management.

Reporting Line: Marketing and Sales Director, Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to, develop, integrate and execute the company’s sales activities
- Undertake all necessary steps to fulfill these activities with main focus on sales target, revenue and gross profit
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and partner organizations
- Maintaining and updating customer and target client databases
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions upon approval by supervisor
- Analyzing, maintaining and presenting account information including products, materials, clients, competitors
- Monitoring all relevant account activity
- Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition
- Coordination and controlling of activities and projects of assigned key customers and key accounts;
- Increasing of activities including projects, customer events and marketing activities of assigned key customers and key accounts;
- Follow-up projects and activities regarding these key customers and accounts;
- Act as responsible client relationship manager
Requirements:
- Certificate in Business related Studies
- At least 2 year solid working experience in sales, or relevant industry
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Highly organized and straight minded, must be able to work on multiple task simultaneously, should feel comfortable working in a Team
- Initiative and committed
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking ability
- Strong relationship building
- Analytical skills
- Eye for details, self-motivated, managing own time and workload
- Creative and flexible solution provider
- Strong presentational skills
- Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin
