职位描述
Key Tasks:
1. Plan and execute research within own expertise area (machining, casting or welding and steel structures etc.) 在自己的专业领域内（机加工、铸造、焊接或钢结构等）计划和实施调研；
2. Proactively support management and other colleagues in the decisions making;积极的为管理层和同事提供决策支持；
3. Plan and execute localization plan in a projected way;以项目的方式计划和实施当地化；
4. Sourcing for new vendors as per company standard;按公司的要求开发新的供应商；
5. Participate supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier audit plan;按照供应商评审计划参与供应商评审和跟进；
6. Gather and analyze supplier performance data;收集以及分析供应商表现数据；
7. Support operative purchasing team in own areas;在自己的专业领域内为采购团队提供支持；
8. Commodity management;商品管理；
9. Point of contact for supplier with an escalated delivery or other issues;就交期优化或其他问题与供应商进行沟通；
10. Support vendor’s continual lead time or performance improvement;不断改善和提升供应商交期和表现；
11. Conduct vendor benchmark and performance review, optimize supplier base; 进行供应商指标和绩效考核,优化供应商体系;
12. Vendor management;供应商管理；
13. Work with WYEC QC on in coming good quality issue.与质检部门合作，提升来料品质；
14. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by top management;公司高层分配的其他工作任务；
15. Make and plans and executes on worst performing suppliers closures。制定和执行最差表现供应商关闭工作。
Qualification:
1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering related subject;工程机械及相关专业，本科学历。
2) At least 5 years’ sourcing or PMC related function experience.5年以上供应商开发或物料计划工作经验；
3) Decisiveness and action orientation;果断、行为导向型；
4) Business and Customer focus 关注业务和客户；
5) Planning and target setting 计划和目标设定；
6) Developing self and others 个人管理和管理他人的能力；
7) Communication 良好的沟通能力
8) Situational and cultural sensitivity情境和文化敏感性
9) Solid knowledge on fabrication parts/component sourcing, can understand drawing with CAD or SolidWord. 精通结构件供应商开发，能读懂CAD或SolidWord图纸；
10) Familiar with marine engine manufacturing and BOM is a plus. 熟悉船用发动机生产并了解其物料清单者优先；
11) Good knowledge on casting, machining and/or welding and material.对铸件、机加工件、焊接件或物料有相当的了解；
12) Can use English as a working language. 英语能作为工作语言。

公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
