财务主管Finance Superviser

工作职责Responsibilities：

1建立并维护内部控制政策和流程，以确保业务操作标准化、财务报告真实准确、遵守各项法律法规要求
Establish and maintain internal controls policy making sure the standard of operation and correctness of the financial report. Make sure that conform to relevant national laws and regulations
2确保公司的日常管理和法定财务报告的及时、准确的报送
Send the daily report about day-to-day management and finacial reports in a timely manner.
3管理公司资产的安全、完整，资产的使用符合公司的利益
Responsible for the safety and compleition of the companya asset.Asset usage should be accordance with company benefit.

4建立并维护公司的预测、计划、预算程序，及时、准确地更新公司的各种预测、计划、预算
Establish and maintain the procedures for plan and budget.Update that in a timely manner.
5及时、准确地提供管理需要的各种分析报告
Provide analysis report for management in a timely manner
6建立并维护ERP管理和操作流程
Establish and maintain the operation flow for ERP.
7组织团队建设，提供现场指导等培训
Responsible for the team building and provide the field assistance.
8协调各种财务部的外部关系，如内部审计、外部审计、银行、税务等
Coordinate the relations between financial department and the other department especially the relations with internal audit,external audit,bank and tax affairs office.
9学校及主管交办的其它工作

岗位要求Requirements：

1大学本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2至少3年大型公司财务管理工作经验
More than 3 years financial management working experience in large corperation.
3能够在压力下工作
Able to cope with day to day issues
4英语口语和书面沟通流利
Perfect skills with written and oral english
5良好的沟通能力
Perfect communication skills
6熟练使用MS办公软件，如EXCEL等
Have a good command of Microsoft office software.
