注：此职位需要机器人调试经验，但办公地点在实验室，不需要去现场出差。

Role Description – summary

The position is located in Shanghai, working at the end of the production line in the final testing area. The role consists of performing final quality check on the robots manufactured including a motion check to ensure the mechanical assembly is working correctly before shipment. The work includes visual inspection, and functional test of the final assembled robot.

Normally an individual with prior robot programming experience who is organised, and has good trouble shooting skills would suit the position.

The individual would need to identify the root cause of any quality issues related to the mechanical or electrical assembly, and report these issues back to the workshop leader for correction.

The ability to understand electrical and mechanical drawings is required in the root cause analysis of mechanical or electrical issues.

The individual must be able to read some basic English, basic spoken English is preferred.

The position will also include some on-site support for when technical or commissioning support is required on a robot already delivered to an end customer and some further support is required at their facility.

Responsibilities

1. Final Assembly and Function test: Quality Check

+ Perform final assembly test to check quality of all products before shipment to the customer. Ensure that all products being shipped are build 100% according to the product specification and of a high quality for customer acceptance.

+ Completing Test report with and quality check list for each product assembled, and performing a functional test of the robot.

+ If issues are identified in the test, these issues should be documented and reported back to the workshop leader for correction.

2. Commissioning Support

+ On-site commissioning and technical support (Support for on-site issues in the event that the technical issue is identified on site. Travel to site and identify the issue, and if possible, support the customer to resolve the issue.)

+ Ensure correct mechanical installation of products delivered to customer site.

+ Ensure correct software setup of products delivered to customer site.

+ Trouble shoot issues at customer site (Individual must be willing to travel quickly to site to resolve critical issues)

？ 100% Fluent in Chinese

？ Minimum capability of simple written English

？ Some computer literacy such as Excel & Word, Email etc

？ Well organized character

？ Ability to understand and read engineering drawings
