The duties of the Financial Analyst are as follows:

Construct financial models for corporate development purposes;
Project overall economics, fees, overall cash flows, and valuations for pipeline hotels, residences, restaurants, nightclubs and other travel-related and real estate projects;
Conducting extensive research on the hospitality and real estate industry both globally and regionally, such as hotel/ residential/ real estate/ nightclub/ OTA/ restaurant industries in SE Asia, the US, Europe, etc.;
Cultivate on-going learning for financial modeling elements specific to the hospitality industry and develop a database of references;
Create weekly hospitality industry newsletters for internal use; and
Other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:
1. Financial modeling skills, real estate/ investment banking/ PE/VC investment experience
1. Smart, hard-working, proactive and good personality
2. Bachelor degree preferably in Business, Finance, Hospitality/Hotel Management, Real Estate. Or proven financial knowledge and/or knowledge of the hospitality industry
3. Fluent in English
4.Comfortable with overtime.
