Operations Manager
The Hotel Operations Manager will lead this landmark boutique property and ensure it is dynamic, engaged, and the leader in the marketplace. The operations manager will ensure the hotel achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction, maximizes profits and is a constant brand beacon for the group.
As Operations Manager you will utilise exceptionally strong leadership skills, an extremely hands on approach and dedicated, pragmatic planning and training to lead your team to reach the highest standards of performance. You will create and foster a culture of excellence and continual improvement amongst your team providing opportunities for all members to be strong contributors and grow in their respective roles within the property and company.
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager the Operations Manager will take full responsibility for the following operational departments including front office, housekeeping, engineering and security. With your team you will manage pricing strategies and develop and execute strategic sales, marketing & financial management plans, continually analyzing results and adjusting to achieve targets. As Operations Manager you will set the highest standards of guest service and develop and manage an active guest feedback and customer relationship program, constantly refining and improving the guest experience. You will build strong relationships with guests and organizations on behalf of the hotel and brand, developing a strong return guest component for the hotels business and great ongoing luxury brand recognition.
The Operations Manager will be responsible to ensure a safe and legally compliant property, developing and maintaining positive relationships within the local community.
