The Financial Controller oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the companies finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts

Responsibilities Include:

? Management of the finance function and oversight of the finance team
? Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting (Show settlement) and Revenue Recognition
? Reports to Executive Finance Director& Management
? Maintenance of the General Ledger and accounting processes
? Ensuring appropriate systems and internal controls are implement and oversight of these financial and operation controls
? Preparation of the Monthly consolidated P&L/Balance Sheet
? Preparation of reports as needed by management
? Timely production of statutory reports and tax returns
? Financial modelling and analysis
? Cash management and treasury tasks

Job Requirements:
? CPA and/or Chartered Accountant
? Knowledge of US GAAP as well as Chinese GAAP/IFRS
? Previous Financial Controller experience
? 8+ years experience with at least 3+ years as a Financial Controller
? Previous Big 4 Background desirable
? Fluent Chinese and English
? Experience with creating financial statements
? Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
? Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
