岗位目的：
产品从原材料铁粉在成形压机设备上进行的压制生产。
素质要求：
1、 最低学历要求/Education degree: 技校及以上
2、 外语水平/Foreign language level: 无要求
3、 相关工作经验/Working experience: 一年及一年以上冲压注塑等设备操作经验
4、 专业知识与技能/Special knowledge & skill: 无要求
工作职责：
1. 交接班，早会及设备及辅料的点检，安全及5S
2. 按作业指导书及工程检查要求进行作业及产品外观及尺寸检测，并记录好检测数据
3. 每天的产量指标的达成，生产数据信息的记录，产品或设备异常的联络与记录
4. 工作态度端正、良好。
