Role Summary

负责生产新工艺的引进, 生产工艺的改进, 现场问题的解决, 工艺参数的收集和分析, 生产率提高等
Be responsible for new process introduction to site；process improvement；on line trouble-shooting；process data statistic and analysis；productivity improvement etc

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 按公司EHS的要求，贯彻公司EHS理念，协助生产主管，监督生产现场安全生产。
Assisting production supervisor, To Keep the safe operation within the coating shifts .
2. 协助生产主管，贯彻质量体系，使生产过程严格按相关的质量程序和指导书要求进行，持续改进现场质量水平，减少报废率和提高浆料的稳定性。
Assisting production supervisor ，to guide the production in compliance with the quality procedure and working instruction. And continuously improve the quality level ， reduce the scrap rate and increase the stability of slurry.
3. 根据新产品的导入，制定新产品生产工艺流程和作业指导书，并优化生产过程。
Based on the NPI results，to daft the process chart and working instruction for new products，and try to optimize the process so that the quality and productivity are achievable。
4. 解决日产工艺问题, 确保生产正常进行
Solve the process issue to keep production line running well
5. 建立和维护工艺数据库；分析生产工艺, 寻找可能的改进；以提高产品效率和生产率。
To Set up and maintain process database and try to find the opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
6. 配合质量工程师, 制定控制计划
Cooperate with quality Engineer to make control plan
7. 协助生产主管，现场培训操作工
Assisting production supervisor ，to train the operators on-site as a trainer
8. 作为SAP的KEY USER, 准备和维护BOM和ROUTER
As a key user of SAP system and prepare the process & Bom & router for each product
9. 服从生产主管或其他公司领导的合理安，主管不在时，代替主管的职责。
To obey the reasonable arrangement from shift leader and be as back up of production supervisor when he or she is absent

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor in Chemistry or engineering or equivalent.
2. 2 years above experience in factory with at least
3. Have quality knowledge of TS16949 and ISO 9001
4. Good computer skill and data analysis skill
5. Good English speaking is plus
6. Honest, good working attitude and hardworking execution
7. Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
8. Good Self Management.
