SEO 网站优化网络推广工程师-欧美客户方向

工作职责：Job Scope

1、负责公司网站维护、更新，修改页面，新增功能 Responsible for website maintenance, updates, and new features.

2、根据市场战略以及网站特点，确定网站推广目标和推广方案，并且负责执行； To ensure that the company’s website is aligned the marketing strategy.

3、通过seo和各种网络资源提升公司网站在google等搜索引擎的收录、关键词排名、访问量； Utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in order to enhance our organic ranking in search engines.

4、有效发布房源广告，优化广告发布的效果，通过网络途径为公司最大化的获得客户； To upload property information to various websites in a way that maximizes exposure and attractiveness to the customer.
5、负责收集公司房源广告的素材和照片 To take photos of properties and collect relevant information about their amenities and the amenities of the building

6、熟练运用论坛、微博等推广公司信息（英文网站，纯英文软文）。to promote the company’s website and listings in good English via using English social medias
7.负责寻找符合公司要求的网页设计供应商。负责传达，沟通，监督网站设计的效果 Responsible for sourcing the most suitable web design company and cooperating with web-designers in order to achieve a clear and functional website. To act as the an active communicator between company and web designer(s)

8. 根据网站不同产品制定关键字策略，并进行监控，对方案不断进行持续调优According to the business needs and products to decide on keyword strategy to make promotion, monitor and fine tuning the market promotion plan

9.公司临时安排的其它和IT相关的事务 To fulfill any other IT-related jobs that may arise.

10. 和外籍同事进行必要的有关网络推广的沟通工作 To cooperate with foreign colleagues on some assignments.

职位要求： Job Requirements

1、本科或以上学历，计算机、电子商务、网页制作 或相关专业，A Bachelors degree or above in: Computers, e-commerce, Web design or related courses.
2. 1年以上相关工作经验；1 year relevant work experience.

3. 勤奋，肯专研 Hard working and self motivated.

4. 英文达到6级水准 A minimum of CET 6 in English achieved.

5、熟练掌握google seo技术、精通各大搜索引擎的排名机制和优化原则； Accomplished in google SEO techniques and proficient in major search engine ranking optimization mechanisms and principles, esp. Google

6、熟练运用google adwords, 理解其中的原理和方法； Understands Google adwords and capable of utilizing it.

7、网站内部优化能力，掌握网站内容优化、关键词优化、内部链接优化、代码优化、图片优化的技巧；Able to organize a good website structure and construct both internal and external links based on the principles of Google SEO for the pictures, key words, source code.

8. 能选择有效的关键词，并控制关键词在页面内的分布和密度 knows how to select the effective key words, and manage well the key words distribution and density inside the pages.

9. 熟悉网站建设的相应技术（对于Web服务器、Apache、域名、Unix等名词不陌生，并了解它们的工作原理，熟悉HTML、PHP、CSS、CMS等网站后台语言，精通HTML者为佳）Familiar with the website design technic (e.g. Web servers, Apache, domain names, Unix and other nouns are no strangers, and to understand how they work, familiar with HTML, PHP, CSS, CMS etc. page language, proficient in HTML preferred)

10、懂得网络营销的各种方式方法，掌握电子邮件营销的手段及方法； Understands all methods of online advertising as well as being competent in marketing through email.

11. 分析行业特点、同行网站的推广方法，制定公司网站的优化策略，跟进优化推广效果，出具分析报告 Analysis peer website promotion methods, to develop the company website optimization strategies, to follow up on the SEO results and write analysis report.

12. 、对新技术有快速的学习能力，能持续关注搜索引擎的发展及最新动向, Quick learner of the new technology, keep close attention to the change and trend of search engine.

13、熟悉欧美客户的网络使用习惯和消费心理； Familiar with the online habits of European and American customers and their consumer psychology.

14、善于与人沟通，良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受压力，有创新精神，保证工作质量。Good communication skills, good team spirit, high sense of responsibility, able to facing challenges, innovative and conscientious of the quality of their work.
