职位描述：
1. 负责制定产品设计标准、试验标准、产品图纸以及各类技术开发文件。
2 负责工艺流程图编制，参与PFMEA，控制计划编制，负责操作指导书编制。
3 设计并规划样件和生产件所需要的的设备、工装、检具、工位器具。
4 负责新产品首件样品件的完成及确认。
5. 产品后续质量改进的分析与制订解决方案。
职位要求：
1、工程类教育背景，机械设计类专业。三年以上汽车零部件产品设计及制造经验。
2、熟练使用UG，Soildworks等三维造型软件。
3、熟悉机械加工工艺，了解塑料，金属等材料知识及加工工艺。
4、掌握生产线规划方法及工装设计技能。
5、有良好的英文读，写能力。
