Responsibility:
1) Visit customer directly to improve sales volume and buying intention of customer.
拜访客户以提高客户的购买意愿及销售量。
2) Introduce new product and solution to potential customers.
向潜在客户介绍新产品及解决方案。
3) Develop potential customer in decoration/ design Company and developer channel.
发掘装修公司、设计公司和房地产开发公司等渠道的潜在客户。
4) Follow up potential decoration residential project.
跟进客户的家装工程，为客户提供优质的服务。
5) Set up leads database, generate weekly and monthly sales report.
建立客户信息库，并按时提交销售报告。
6) Collect market and competitor information, follow up accordingly.
收集市场及竞争对手的相关信息，并跟进调整销售策略。
7) Other task manager assigned.
完成上级交待的其它任务。

Qualification:
1) Sales experience in closet/ floor or door industry is preferred.
具有厨柜、地板或家居门行业销售经验优先。
2) University degree or above, can learns and adapts quickly.
大学或以上学历，能快速吸收新知识和适应工作。
3) Can play a trusted advisor role to customers.
能为客户提供家庭装修方面的专业意见。
4) Able to work independently and have strong drive for results.
能独立开展工作，并有很强的结果导向意识。
5) Strong problem solving skills and patient with routine work.
具备很强的问题解决能力及耐心。
6) Good communication skills, good English is preferred.
具备良好的沟通能力，英语良好者优先考虑。
7) Excellent team work ability, willing to work with challenge and pressure.
优异的团队合作能力，乐于应对压力和挑战。
