Responsibility工作职责

1)负责小组所包含的工程设计范围内的设计布局和设计工具的有效利用。Responsible for Group's design layout in the scope of engineering design and using design tools effectively.

2)不断推进工程设计范围内部件的国产化。

Improve parts’ localization in the scope of engineering design.

3)合理安排组员的设计任务并指导、监督本组的日常工作。

Arrange team members' design work reasonably and direct、supervise group's daily work.

4)按照计划确保本小组人员能够准时、精确并且高质量地完成工作并向经理如实汇报工作情况。According to plan,ensure team members to finish the work punctually,accurately and keep its high quality.Report the working situation to the manager faithfully.

5)做好与各设计小组间的协调工作。

Cooperate well with each design group.

6)协助生产、项目、采购部门做好产品生产、安装指导服务。

Assist Production Department 、Project Department、Procurement Department to fulfill the production, installation guidance service .

7)指导、培养新设计人员。

Instruct 、train new designer.

8)对本组内的成员进行绩效考核。

Examine performance to team members.

Requirement要求：

1.Bachelor本科

2.Five to eight years working experience5至8年工作经验

3.Language skill语言能力

Able to do the daily work in foreign language基本能使用外语进行日常工作

4.Excellent computer skill
能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作

5.Understand and familiar with the job responsibility.
了解和熟悉本岗位的职责。

6.Can make proposals and corrective action plans to solve problems found in design phase.
能够提出建议，纠正工作计划，从而解决在设计过程中所发现的问题。

7.Can make technical specifications for sales projects.
能够为销售计划制定技术规范。

8. Is the key originator/leader of Machine Operation and Maintenance manual information collection.
是机械操作和保养手册信息收集的关键领导者。

9.Can provide operational instructions for automation engineers.
能够对自动化工程师进行操作指导。

10.Assigned leader for a machine section project engineering team.
能作为机械部工程设计团队的指派领导。

11.Can be assisting Engineering Manager.
能够协助工程部经理开展工作。

12.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
