岗位描述:

• 根据车间总计划来协调各个工序的加工进度，确保交货期；
• 与公司其他部门进行生产协调，确保配套件准确到货，按时组装；
• 统计并分析产品定额工时与实际工时的差异；
• 在车间推行5S、精益生产及TPM项目；
• 协助上级领导完成其他工作。

任职要求:

• 中专以上学历，能看懂机加工图纸；
• 熟悉大型产品的机加工管理流程；
• 熟练的电脑技能，包括办公软件、CAD软件；
• 良好的工作态度和团队合作精神；
• 有精益生产工作经验者优先考虑。

Job Requirements:

• Coordinate all processes of machining process to ensure delivery date;
• Coordinate with other department to ensure on-time delivery of parts and auxiliary equipment;
• Collect and analyze of difference between out standard man-hour and actual man-hour;
• Practise 5S, Lean and TPM programs in workshop;
• Other works assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Technical high school or college or above and understand machined drawings;
• Familiar with large production machining process;
• Good computer knowledge, including MS-office and Auto CAD;
• Strong team working spirit；
• Experience of Lean Production is a plus.
