Job Responsibility工作职责:

1.Support and report to chief engineer, cooperate with related group member to achive engineering target. Finish small task from chief engineer on time.
支持并向领导汇报，与相关部门合作以实现工程设计目标。按时完成主设计师给的任务

2.Check engineering material integrity and correctness, contact chief engineer and follow up the question if found. 对设计资料的完整性，正确性审查，发现问题及时与主设计师联系并跟踪结果。

3.Finish engineering material before time stamp of engineering schedule and report to chief engineer for audit.
按照设计进度要求提前完成设计图纸和材料清单，并汇报给主设计师审核。

4.Supervise and audit local components quality for localization automation equipment to ensure fullfill with Metso standard.
对国产化的设备上的国产元器件质量技术监督和审核以确保完全符合美卓质量标准。

5.Take part in installation supervising, FAT, onsite service or commissioning work，take part in visiting supplier and making evaluation report with procurement department. Take part in checking and supervise the manufacturing quality and test outsourcing equipment with procurement.
参加工厂安装指导，验收测试工作，现场服务和开机调试工作。参与与采购部门对外协厂商考察并做技术评估。对外协加工的产品进行制造质量监督或测试。

6.Teach new member technical skill and help each other, cooperate with all members in group.
对新员工进行传帮带，提高他们的专业技能，互相帮助，团结合作。

7.Responsible for yang members safety during site work.
现场工作负责年轻员工的安全。

8.Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
主管交待的其他任务。

Position Competency岗位胜任要求:

1.2 Years automation maintenance experience in paper mill or automation designing work. /2 Years Hydraulic/Pneumatic designing experience.
两年自动化设计工作或纸厂维护工作经验。/两年液压气动设计或维护经验。

2.Experience of programming with PLC or MetsoDNA .(Electric) /Experience of Hydraulic/Pneumatic designing tool.(Fluid Power)
具有使用PLC或MetsoDNA等编程工具的经验。具有液压气动设计工具的经验。

3.PDM, Axes,Baan,ms project,CAD,metsoDNA software skill.
熟练使用各种办公或工程软件。

4.Ablity to manage section designing, assembling, FAT,commissioning and startup.
具有完成部套设计，安装，测试，调试及开机的能力。

5.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
