Job Description:
Lead and motive the creative team to provide the client with different digital creative solutions.
Fully understanding your client’s business problems and opportunities in order to come up with ideas and works that are truly effective.
Leading brainstorming sessions, conceptualizing ideas and assigning projects to team members.
Giving creative direction and follow up the projects to completion.
Keeping a steady eye on the process of each project, stepping in when needed to offer motivation, ideas, whatever is needed to help the teams end up producing the best work, on time and on budget.
Supporting account management so they fully understand the creative work in order to better sell it to client and follow through in producing it.
Paying attention to the smallest details and being the final check in the many stages along the way to completing the work.
Working with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals.

Job Requirements:
At least 5 years’ related experience in creative of video content background.
Have a profound knowledge of the digital marketing and extensive experience in different digital campaigns.
Ability to multitask and to effectively lead a creative team, coach and up-skill them.
A conceptual thinker and idea generator.
Experienced in providing service for international clients across different markets.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Excellent Persuasion and presentation skills.
