TMG China (a subsidiary of Thoughtful Media Group) is an online entertainment company that offers a unique working environment for candidates to use their passion for creative content, social media and online community building. We create, maintain and aggregate online video channels that have unique, highly engaged and exceptionally engageable audiences, and we help the worlds leading brands and their agencies to effectively reach these audiences. Thoughtful has offices in Los Angeles and Shanghai, and our team is made up of professionals who have significant experience in television, film, digital media, marketing, market research and advertising.
The successful Talent Manager will be the key point of contact and the number one advocate for a group of our online video creators (the talent). He/she will help groom / develop our creators into online video stars with lucrative brand/advertiser relationships.

Responsibilities
? Manage relationship with each assigned video creator, ensuring that the creators are getting value from the company and that they are aware of that value.
? Work with promotion, social media, and production teams to get creators visibility,to help them improve their content, and to help them increase their audiences/reach.
? Assess the potential value of creators’ content and the audiences who view it for brands/advertisers, communicate that potential value to the company’s sales teams, and help develop client pitches as they relate to that potential value.
? Identify opportunities for creators to collaborate with other creators in our network (thereby sharing/growing audiences) and pitching these opportunities to the creators.
? Additional responsibilities as assigned.

? 与推广、社交媒体、制作团队一起完成创作者的作品曝光，帮助增强他们的内容，并帮助他们增加观众/扩大影响。

Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree with interest or emphasis in digital marketing, social media, online video or related field.
? 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales and/or customer support roles.
? Demonstrated ability to build solid business relationships with customers, clients and/or partners.
? Understanding of and/or passion for digital / social media / online video.
? Experience in digital marketing/advertising a significant plus.
? Native Chinese speaking/writing and good oral/written English.
? 本科学历，数字营销、社交媒体、线上视频或相关专业领域。
? 2-3年客户管理、销售及/或顾客支持等相关经验。
? 出色的与顾客、客户及/或合作伙伴建立稳固业务关系的能力。
