· Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters

· Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers

· Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager

· Support and maintain Microsoft Server/Desktops

· Participation in the development of the Gentherm IT systems

· Coordination of computer maintenance with other Information Technology professionals such as Region or Gloabal IT teams

· Manage Gentherm Shanghai network system LAN/WAN/WWAN

· Manage Vmware, Backups, File server, Anti-Virus, Security and CCTV system

· Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops

· Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers

· Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained

· Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops

· Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements

· Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems

· Maintain and support other computer peripheral devices such as printers, switches, access points, etc.

· Responsible for the routine monitoring of IT Equipment.
