- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Order Process 合同处理.

What are my responsibilities?

- Well known the requirement of customer contract correctly.Realize the new requriement during order implementation on timely.

- 准确理解合同中与客户约定的要求,及时了解在合同执行过程中的客户需求.

- Make production demand and material demand plan for order implementation, make budget for all orders to control the cost and storage level, coordinate related departments to fulfill orders to meet with customer requirement.

- 制定生产需求的材料需求计划，预算成本，控制成本，协调设计、采购、储运、生产、质量、售后服务等部门，确保按进度和客户需求完成合同.

- Establish good relationship with customers, be responsible for order change management.

- 与客户建立良好关系，并负责合同的变更管理。

- Follow up the whole process of the order implementation,solving project related issues.Organize and supervise manufacture in workshop and customer field service thereby delivery on time and solve quality problem.

- 跟踪合同执行进度,及时解决项目过程中出现的问题.与生产和质量部门协调，及时解决客户反馈的产品质量问题

- To manage project and make a quality record well under ISO quality flow procedure..

- 根据公司流程,基于质量流程体系管理项目做好质量记录工作。

- Evaluate and control the cost timely, continues to improvement and optimization.

- 适时的评估和控制成本，持续改进并优化。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- At least 1~2 year work experience in project manangement, order process, design or manufacturing.

- 至少1~2年的项目管理，合同处理，设计及生产经验。

- Bachelor degree majored in electric engineering or automation

- 电气类相关专业，大学本科以上

- At least 1-2 years work experience in project management, order process, design or manufacturing

- 熟悉低压配电柜产品，有1-2年项目管理、订单处理、生产计划、电气柜设计或生产方面的工作经验

What else do I need to know?

岗位要求：

- Knowledge of mechanical-electrical production, be able to read engineering documents

- 能熟练看懂英语工程技术资料，口语流利

- Good communication skill, cooperative, mature and resourceful, ability to work independently

- 善于与人沟通、有团队合作精神、能独立开展工作

- Fluent English with both oral and written
