-From our IC Sector, BT division, SBT is looking to a Senior Sales Engineer. Responsible for meeting the Order intake target set by the Management and ensuring the adequate BL balance is met. Promote profitable growth in base business through growing key account customers and controlling of selling expenses.

What are my responsibilities?
-Develop good customer relationship to achieve order intake target for base business
-Reduce sales slippage and ensure booked sales margin meets to BL target margin level
-Self-Motivation and Self-Management to achieve and exceed sales target (individual / corporate)
-Regular visit to customers and provide the technical sales support by influence design institutes and EPC for
major projects
-Ensure adherence to SBT Tianjin Sales related processes
-Ensure regular update and transparency of sales funnel - minimum funnel of 50 Mio RMB

What do I need quality this position?
-College graduated major in EE, ME or related field
-Min. 6 years working experience in building industry
-Basic Project Management knowledge will be an added advantage
-Experience in intercultural relations desirable

What else do I need to know?
-Knowledge of building related solutions (products and systems)
-Market knowledge of major market competitions and Working relations with Design Institutes, EPCs,
-Knowledge of sales management and negotiation skills
-Written and spoken English skill
-Presentation skills
-Computer proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
