JOB SUMMARY:
The Group Leader is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, control, communication and completion of specific projects related to Hardware and Software development. Ensuring consistency with CREM´s strategy, commitments and goals

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1、Basic P&L related to PCBA development
2、Recruit the right software engineers in order to build and continuously strengthen the HW&SW organization
3、Communicate with business development, sales and CDP-customers
4、Take part of planning and implementation of projects
5、Define project tasks and resource requirements
6、Develop full scale project plans
7、Manage time lines and constantly monitor progress
8、Manage project budget
9、Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
10、Support and provide direction to project team
11、Prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
12、Evaluate performance against defined project goals
13、Suggest, and be involved in, improvements to present project procedures
14、Core technologies which have to be handled by the SW & HW team
Embedded systems, Linux/Android systems, Touch screens, Graphic displays, Payment systems, Machine to machine communication, etc...


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1、Minimum Bachelor in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering
2、Proven skills in Software Project Management
3、Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
4、Minimum 8 years work experience as Software project manager or group leader for software development department
5、Proven experience in people management
6、Good knowledge of project management techniques and tools
7、Customer relation skills
