GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.Fluent English knowledge and Chinese mother language
3.Available to work 90% of period in office and to maintain relations with Italian head office
4.Preferable: Italian speaking

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: 
1.Work experience on the fashion garment field
2.Basic Technical knowledge about finished garments (aware of the production process and aware in understanding technical documents)

TASKS:
1.Keep  daily correspondence with Chinese vendors and Italian headquarters, coordinate the vendors with Italian headquarters in the follow up of the salesman samples making and the bulk orders production, giving technician support and necessary instruction to the vendors, to ensure all goods are to be produced according to the relevant standard quality and in the time established by headquarter
2.Make the lab-dip, trimmings and bulk fabric approvals
3.Assist the Manager in the Research&Development, cooperating with Italian design rooms and Product Managers in the source and develop, prototype  samples making, comments translation, and price negotiation. 
4.During bulk orders production, assist Italian production team to monitor the progress of the production, collect information from QA and QC team and report periodically the production status to the Manager, signalize timely any problem or possible problem, translate comments or other materials
5.Work closely with  QC team, translate the Time&Action of the vendors, the in line and final inspection QC report to be communicated to the Italian production team.
6.Assist the QC team and the Manager to coordinate the workflow of Max Mara Group's QC Platform in Shanghai, with the Italian QC manager and the production team.
7.Check vendors shipping documents, make sure that all papers are in accordance with headquarters request, and keep in touch with Italian pointed forwarder monitoring the exportation process.
