Responsibilities:

External Communication

• Build up brand image via diversified PR campaigns such as CSR projects.
• Printing material (sales brochures, product operation instructions, technical data) management, including printing as well as distribution.
• Provides and writes contents/success stories for all channels such as company Website, Newsletter.
• Customer events support, including exhibitions, seminar, and product etc.
• Advertisement planning and AD layout controlling.
• Budgeting for marketing communications activities of the company.

Internal Communication

• Communicate and cooperation with colleagues in marketing communication department in Germany.
• Internal News Letter issuing, including planning, editing.
• Update the company presentations, documents material such as brochure, PPT file, etc.
• Responsible for organizing communication activities such as product launch, mailing, printing advertisement, etc. under direction of headquarter and local management.
• Collects and analyzes results of marketing campaigns.
• Layout design of flyers & brochures.
• Collaborates with external agencies such as publishing, advertising and PR agencies for communication activities.
• Controlling corporate design.
• Update the company presentations, documents material such as brochure, PPT file, etc.
• Develops and maintains public relations with local government, media and branch association.
• Design and implement PR campaigns including sponsoring program, CSR program, media events, etc.
• Assisting sales director in marketing related issues.
• Define communication concepts.
• Budgeting for marketing communications activities of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or related.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in the advertising sector, ideally B2B brands.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Good networking skills with advertising agencies, PR agencies and media branch in Shanghai would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as analytical and interpersonal skills.
