职位描述Job Description

工作职能 Working responsibility：
- 与国内外工程师、现场经理和分包商一起开展在客户现场的机器人自动化涂装工作站的安装、调试直至项目验收
Assisting domestic, foreign engineers, site manager and subcontractors in installation, commissioning of robotic automatic application workstation until the project acceptance.
- 作为机器人程序员/工程师参与和负责具体工作：例如预编程、预调试、在线编程、在线调试、程序优化、故障处理、陪伴生产等
Participate in and responsible for the specific work as robot programmer/engineer: such as pre-programming、pre-commissioning、online programming、online commissioning、program optimization、troubleshooting、standby and so on.
- 参与对客户售后服务工作：例如现场故障处理、系统优化、培训、问题解答等
Participate in the after-sales service to customers: such as troubleshooting、system optimization、training、solve problems and so on.
- 参与和部分负责与客户、总包和分包商的协调和交流
Participate in and partially responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers, general contractor and subcontractors.
- 参与和部分负责机器人系统调试，不仅限于机器人编程，包括其它机电一体化工作及承担后期现场经理职能
Participate in and partially responsible for robot system commissioning, not only for robot programming, including other mechanical & electric work and undertake the site manager function at the later stage.
- 由项目经理或技术经理或公司安排的其它售后和技术服务工作
Arranging other after-sales and technical service work by project manager or technical manager or company.

任职资格Candidate qualifications：
- 电气自动化或机电一体化本科毕业
Graduation with bachelor degree and major in electric automatization or mechatronics
- 至少3年以上汽车及工程行业工作经验
More than 3 years experience relative in automobile and engineering industry
- 熟悉汽车厂涂装车间现状和流程
Be familiar with existing status and process of car plant paint shop
- 有机器人、电气和PLC基础知识和使用经验
Have robot, electric knowledge and PLC using experience
- 熟练的动手能力
Good at manually repair & operation
- 英语听说读写流利
Fluently listening, speaking and writing in English
- 能够适应较长期的出差和加班
Be flexible with a long-term trip and work overtime
- 具有团队精神以及独立开展工作的能力
Having team spirit and ability to develop work independently
- 上海户口或长期定居上海，有驾照者优先
Shanghai registered permanent residence or long-term stay in Shanghai, have a driver's license is preferred
