Assignments :

• Responsible to give first level support for end-user regarding application and HW problems. IT-incidents, phone or security system incidents.
• Be able work in a team and cooperate with other functions in a polite and active manner.Building tools to monitor DC operational key figures, like flow, range, capacity, location, etc
• Support to handle WMS new releases, system setup and do education to end users.
• Steering warehouse goods in/out/replenishment/internal flow on daily level
• Release trips and solve order linking problems, secure daily operation from system perspective
• Mapping the warehouse from both short term and mid term perspective
• Provide logistic solutions to the DC in the purpose of improving DC total operational efficiency

Knowledge and Skills :

• Bachelor degree in Information Management, Information System, or Supply chain.
  Strong data analyzing ability, EXCEL & ACCESS as daily working tool
• Experience in Microsoft System Engineering (Windows Server2003, Windows XP, SQL Database), a MCSE certification would be preferred.
• Experience in Cisco product 2600, 3700 series. Familiar with the setup of network routers, switchboards, wireless access points and so on.
• Good command of English both speaking and writing.
• Good communication skill; strong team work spirit.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
