5 关注网站社区情况，通过网站社区、博客等途径，积极与用户进行交流
6 计划、执行社交媒体平台上发表的内容和活动
7 监测社交媒体平台上的分析记录，评估在线活动、网站推广的成果
8 通过社交媒体平台，及时反馈状况，以便调整战略


要求

1 3年以上媒体/网站社区或产品市场经验
2 对于流行文化、音乐、时尚方面有兴趣热情
3 有能力在社交媒体工作上发布内容，并且与用户进行互动
4 对社交媒体平台有详细的了解（微博，微信，腾讯等）
5 熟悉社交媒体监测平台，如谷歌分析、百度分析
6 优秀的组织能力
7 通过优秀的书面和口语能力，进行有效沟通
8 具有良好的技术理解力和优秀的学习能力，能够较快掌握新的工作工具
9 工作上善于使用流程文档，并且对发表的内容进行追踪
10 乐于在快节奏的、创业型公司中工作
11 知道如何在社交媒体中增加粉丝数量以及进行有效推广
12 优秀的语言能力（如能熟悉英文最佳）



Job Description: Social Media Community Manager
Location: Shanghai
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: Immediate


Responsibilities
· Manage the social media presence and online fan community for our clients
· Follow relevant product releases and collaborate with design team to promote events and drive conversation on social media
· Must have passionate knowledge of our target consumer and be prepared to work long hours to grow social engagement and drive conversation around relevant events and partner activities
· Coordinate social interaction during live events and promotions
· Monitoring the pulse of the community and actively participating in discussions with users across communities, social networks, and blogs.
· Participate in planning and execution of all social media contents and campaigns
· Monitor social media analytics to gauge success of social media efforts and initiatives
· Regularly feed back insights gained from social media monitoring into the to help evolve their strategies in a timely fashion



Requirements

· +3 years experience managing social communities and product marketing
· Passion for popular culture, music and fashion
· Ability to use social media to distribute content and engage with audience
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (weibo, qq, wechat, etc.)
· Experience with social media measurement platforms including google analytics, baidu analytics and others
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
· Excellent written and oral communication with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams.
· Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
· Need to have a well documented process and keep track of posts, messages, etc
· Preference for working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
· Know how to grow a fan base in social media and promote accounts.
· Excellent Mandarin language skills (English is a plus)
