工作内容

· 为客户（明星，艺人，电影公司等）管理社交媒体工具以及在线社区。

· 根据相关产品的发布以及，与设计团队合作， 在社交媒体上推动话题，推进相关事宜。

· 通过建立良好关系来管理社交媒体平台，理解客户的需求并提供解决方案。

· 有专业知识和技术，培养高水平的员工。

· 用英语跟团队成员交流沟通，解决项目问题并给出相关建议。

· 热情对待目标客户，在社交媒体上花费较多的心血。

来获得用户增加与用户参加，推动相关活动以及与合作伙伴 的对话。

· 有线上线下活动时，管理所发布的内容。

· 管理各社区，社交网站和博客，积极参与用户之间的讨论。

· 计划和执行各社交媒体上发布的内容和活动。发布的内容包括艺人的新闻，电影以及最新相关视频。

· 社交媒体经理需要直接汇报给总经理。




要求

· 重点大学毕业（211，985）及有海外学习经验者优先考虑。

· 3－5年网络社区管理以及产品营销经验。

· 良好的交流技巧，TOEFL/IELTS,CET 6或以上，口语水平高为佳。

· 热爱流行文化，音乐和时尚。

· 用社交媒体发布内容，并与观众做好沟通。

· 熟练使用网络社交平台（微博，QQ，微信等）。

· 精通社交媒体分析平台包括谷歌分析，百度分析等。

· 强大的组织能力。

· 领悟能力强，能够快速掌握最新工具。




Job Description: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities
· Manage the social media presence and online fan community for our clients (Celebrities, artists, film, etc)
· Follow relevant product releases and collaborate with design team to promote events and drive conversation on social media
· Manage social media platform by building good relationships, understanding their needs and giving solutions
· Train subordinates with your knowledge of the industry and technical skillsets to high standards
· Communicate the Above in English with team members, address project issues and make recommendations
· Must have passionate knowledge of our target consumer and be prepared to work long hours to grow social engagement and drive conversation around relevant events and partner activities
· Manage the postings when there are any offline or online events
· Manage the community and actively participating in discussions with users across communities, social networks, and blogs.
· Participate in planning and execution of all social media contents and campaigns. Postings include the daily news from artists or movies and the newly released videos.
· Social media manager will report directly to General manager.



Requirements
· Graduation from top University/College (Chinese schools in the 211 and 985 projects), oversea study experience is preferred
· 3-5 years experience managing social communities and product marketing
· High communication skills. High scores in TOEFL/IELTS, CET 6 or above, with adequate speaking level is preferred
· Passion for popular culture, music and fashion
· Ability to use social media to distribute content and engage with audience
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (weibo, qq, wechat, etc.)
· Experience with social media measurement platforms including google analytics, baidu analytics and others
· Strong organizational skills
· Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
