You will:
Develop future sales & Marketing leaders , who can
- Identify & define business opportunity based on the understanding of market dynamics.
- Scope & formulate operation model to monetize the opportunity.
-Develop & Motivate team to achieve results.

Objective:
1 year MGMT Trainee Program designed to develop strong future leaders.
-Understand current business operation model.
-Understand market dynamics.
-Develop SEXY characters. ( S-Simplified, E-Effective, X-X Backup, Y-Young).
-Learn how to recruit, coach, manage & motivate team members.

1st month Training about sales and products
2-6M Sales practice
7M Training about MGMT
7-12M Coach & MGMT practice

You have/are:
- A good bachelor degree or above. Master degree will be better.
- Fresh graduate, above 1 year’s experience in sales will be better.
- Fluent level of English both written and spoken (Level 6 and higher).
- With passion in English Education, have unique insights on English learning methods.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive and creative thinking, strong team spirit, flexible with detail-oriented work style.
- Good expression, communication skills.

第1个月， 入职培训
第2-6个月，销售技能实践
第7个 月，管理技能培训
第8-12个月，管理岗位实践

岗位要求：
-大学本科及以上学历，研究生尤佳；
-应届毕业生，具备一年以上销售工作经验者尤佳；
-良好的英语会话和书写能力，大学英语六级以上水平；
-对英语教育充满热情，并对英语学习方法有独特的见解；
-具备在快节奏的环境中承受压力的能力；
-具备积极的心态和创造性思维，有强大的团队精神，以及灵活的注重细节的工作作风；
-良好的表达、沟通技巧。
