职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting principally to Managers and Partners;
Understanding each client's business to convert information into insights to uncover issues and opportunities to assist clients improve efficiency, performance and financial reporting;
Lead the team to execute the consultation work of assignment;
Evaluate the supervised staff and assist people development.
ABILITIES & SKILLS
University graduates with accounting, business, finance or economic background;
Minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably with consulting experience in internal controls, enterprise risk management, budgetary process etc.;
Big 4 accounting firm or reputable local accounting firm professional practice working experience is preferred;
Strong communication and leadership skills are also critical to the success of this role;
Able to interact effectively with both management and clients;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Willing to travel in PRC or overseas.
