工作职责：

1、根据公司分销政策，招募淘宝分销商，并对其进行管理和维护。

2、对分销商进行产品知识和销售培训，提升经销商的销售技能；

3、及时配合处理乱价店铺，促进网络现有渠道的有序管理（产品侵权、产品控价、促销管理、售后管理等）；

4、协助解决经销商定货、代发、退换货等日常事宜，确保每个运作环节正确、高效、持续优化；

5、协同分销商策划和执行市场活动方案，提升分销商销售业绩；

6、维护已有网络经销商，协助大客户提高销售业绩。

任职要求：

1、一年以上淘宝网相关经验，有一定的渠道管理经验；

2、熟悉淘宝网的运营环境、交易规则、了解淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理；

3、市场感觉敏锐，有良好的网络及电话沟通技巧和谈判能力；

4、具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，富有开拓精神；

5、良好的团队合作意识，较强的学习和沟通能力，能承受较大工作压力
