Reports to :	Chief Executive officer
Location:	Shanghai

Position Summary

This position will direct and oversee overall operation of the company including Manufactuing, Operation, Supply chain, Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1.Report to CEO and provide him/her with all the required supports.

2.Make strategize with the management regarding future plans and profits of the company and make sure that the work is done accordingly and up to the required standards.

3.Build and Lead manufacturing and operation team. Manage team work across multiple sites and functions, resolve internal management problems, strive for continuous improvement and adjust resources based on company strategies and targets.

4.Monitor and review operation conditions, optimize operation environment and prevent potential problems;

5.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s goals in key financial performance indicators. Manage and develop Sales & Market managment team to grow sales and profits; increase market share.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above in Biochemistry or Chemistry. MBA degree plus

2.At least 8 years above solid experience of managing manufacturing entities in biochemisrty or chemistry insustry

3.High integrity and professionalism, commitment to deliver high quality results

4.Strategic thinker, ability to grasp ideas quickly; have “big picture” but also attentions to details

5.Strong diplomatic and negotiation ability to deal with various authorities and vendors

6.Have good knowledge of business environment in China

7.Excellent interpersonal skills, highly effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese,
