Account Executive 客户主任(AE)

Main Responsibilities
主要职责

1) Charging of the projects independently;
能独立负责主管指定项目
2) Keep efficient communication with relevant customers and team members;
与客户和公司内同事相关方保持积极有效的沟通，确保所负责工作良好有序进行
3) Refine the implementation of core strategies and good at management;
有效执行核心策略并使之处于良好地管理状态
4) Familiar with work progresses and monitor team to observe the process;
熟悉工作流程并在职责范围内监控流程运作
5) Accurately comprehend and report the clients trends;
准确理解和汇报客户发展趋势
6) Determine the right creative works and give the improving suggestion.
确保创意按正确思路进行并给以改善、创新建议

Main Requirements:
任职要求
1) University degree and major in Advertising/Communication/Marketing;本科及以上学历；广告、传媒、市场营销相关专业，
2) Preferable 1 year working/internship experience in 4A agency; Food & beverage with BTL preferable
1-2年以上在广告公司实习或者工作经验，服务快消客户优先
3) Fluent English language skill, both verbal and written;
优秀的中英文听说读写能力
4) Good communication and interpersonal skill;
富于好奇心和创新精神，对新事物有较好领悟能力
5) Team spirit with passion.
良好的团队合作精神
