职位描述
Job purpose
The position exists to drive efficiencies in our internal process and to ensure the project is produced on time and too the right quality. This person will be the guardian of agency creative (including studio/retouching resources), coordinating workflow from account service to creative, in order to well plan resources. The person hired in this role will be responsible for meeting deadlines and deliverables on the projects and ensuring all internal approvals are in place.
Key Responsibilities
The functions and duties of the position involve:
Running the internal weekly work in progress meetings
Setting up job numbers
Opening and managing job bags
Checking the brief, arranging internal meeting with A/S, Creative and planning to interrogate bigger briefs
Meeting with Creative and studio to allocate new jobs, agree resources and deadlines
Working with various departments to ensure timeline is sufficient
Tracking project to ensure timeline is on track
Setting up and ensuring internal creative reviews happen on time and with the right people
Coordinating and assessing workload (creative, studio, re-touching, and production). Raising any workload or capacity issues and providing additional freelance and/or 3rd party vender resource if required and approved
Briefing creative on any brand equity guidelines
Filing all creative work, colour test proofs and production proofs
Tracking creative rounds, FA rounds and no of proofs
Searching for and providing past FA images when required
FA quality control and filing
Work closely with production manager for preparing any mock ups/samples
Vender and freelance portfolio searching and collection (stock image, font, illustration, storyboard, 3D, retouching etc.)
Vender code application and process
In charge of all 3rd party payments from vendors and freelancers in order to get official fapiao
Vender quote, bidding, purchase order payment, invoice, copyright, cost application, processing and filing
Actively source and build database of freelance resources and new venders qualified to meet needs
Manage and help control timeline, raising in advance any potential risks
Providing retouching costs
Filing and recording all payments and AP tracking
Project cost final checking and job closure

Requirements
University degree and major in Advertising/Communication/Marketing
Minimum 5 year working/internship experience in 4A agency
Fluent English language skill, both verbal and written
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Team spirit with passion
