Key Responsibilities:
- To manage key sales accounts to produce profitable sales equaling or exceeding budget requirements through commercial and technical support to customer
- To develop new small & medium customer with strategic purpose to grow the market share and enhance customer penetration
- To ensure customer satisfaction with focus on quality service and on prompt solutions, measured through the relevant customer satisfaction metrics (i.e. CRC)
- To proactively acquire and feedback important information regarding customers, competitors, end-user projects, and recommend appropriate tactics and solutions.


Key Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Telecom field
- 3 or more years experience in Telecom industry preferred
- Strong internal and external communication and coordination capabilities
- Self directed, highly motivated, strategic thinking
- Average English in written and oral for communication with foreign people
- Good computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
