Misson 任务
This position is mainly responsible for sales of furniture business in overseas/domestic markets, and need to manage production, procurement, delivery and other related work.
本职位主要负责家具业务海外以及国内市场销售工作，并需要管理生产和采购和货运等工作。

Main Responsibilities 主要职责
- Develop furniture business in overseas/domestic markets. Existing customersmaintenance, including early contact and after service.
开发家具业务海外及国内市场，并对现有客户进行跟踪维护，包括前期联络和后期支持。
- Set up business processes, complete all the documents during sales, and in charge of payment collection in due time.
制定业务流程，完成销售过程中所有文件，并负责及时向客户收取货款。
- Manage production processes, raw materials importation, raw materials procurement and transportation to ensure successful completion of the order.
管理订单的生产流程，客供原料进口，原料采购及货物运输工作，确保订单顺利完成。
- Control sales price and production cost to ensure achieve the reasonable profit margin set up by the company.
控制销售价格和生产成本，确保订单达到公司的合理利润率。
- Regular customer information maintenance.
定期做好客户信息维护。
- Regular sales report.
定期做好销售工作报告。
- Assist GM for company management - HR, Finance, Admin.
协助GM 进行公司管理 - 人事、财务、行政工作。

Experience/Education Required 任职资格
- At least 5 years of sales experience in foreign trade, furniture industry sales experience preferred.
5 年以上外贸销售经验，有家具行业销售经验优先。
- Good sales skill, work hard and be able to work under pressure.
良好的销售技巧，工作刻苦能承受压力。
- Good team management skills and coordination.
有良好的团队管理能力和协调能力。
- Fluent English, good communication skills and written report.
英文熟练，具有良好的语言沟通能力和书面汇报能力。
- Good team spirit
有良好的团队合作精神。
- Company management experience.
