Job description
Our Technical Leader will work in and lead a team, and provide professional IT services and support to our customers, in an international environment. Every candidate is integrated in the team through a step by step training in collaborative development tools, project workflows and key architecture frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of team members and provide hands-on development support to the team where and when necessary;
- Provide guidance to the team in terms of solutions and design;
- Identify design flows and provide solutions;
- Handle critical tasks or complex issues in a timely manner;
- Ensure quality of work produced by the team with strict code review process;
- Ensure company and industry design and development standards are adhered to;
- Take part into technical meetings with customers;
- Write technical documentation to present solutions.
Job requirements
- Solid experience of Java, experience on J2EE platform;
- Excellent command of Spring, Hibernate, Servlet and Javascript;
- Strong knowledge in SQL and database management systems, experience with Oracle would be appreciated;
- 5+ years relevant working experience;
- Good communication skills and teamwork;
- Strong sense of quality;
- Advanced capability in written and oral English;
- Experience in team leading is a plus;
- Experience in .NET (C#) is a plus;
- Familiar with Agile development methodology is a plus.

- 识别设计流程并提供解决方案；
- 及时处理关键任务或复杂问题；
- 通过严谨的代码评审流程保证团队项目质量；
- 确保严格遵守公司级行业设计开发标准；
- 参与与客户的技术会议；
- 为呈现预期成果写技术文档。
任职要求
- 具有丰富的JAVA开发经验，具有J2EE平台经验；
- 熟练掌握Spring, Hibernate, Servlet 和Javascript;
- 熟练掌握SQL和数据管理系统，具有Oracle经验者优先；
- 五年及以上相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力；
- 优秀的英语读写能力及口语能力；
- 具备团队领导经验者优先；
- 具备.net（C#）经验者优先；
