Job Description:
Responsible for managing,planning,coordinating and implementing marketing programs for a company (<100 employees) including but not limited to: sales revenue generation support, product management, market analysis, pricing, marketing communications, channel marketing, reference designs and business development.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Work with sales teams to win new business and grow revenue
2. Develop and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations
3. Act as a leader and product manager within the company to drive new product definition through the development process
4. Gather market intelligence, be the expert on trends, features, requirements, and competition
5. Create and maintain product pricing guidelines
6. Develop product positioning, messaging and segmentation strategies
7. Implement product go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute
8. Increase brand awareness and knowledge through launch events, press releases, and web media
9. Lead channel marketing efforts to broaden the reach of the indirect sales channel
10. Create reference designs and develop the ecosystem by engaging with key chipset and software partners
11. Study and propose new business concepts with market trend analysis, partner identification, ROI-based business decision models, and internal alignment of stakeholders
12. Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of technical marketing experience in the semiconductor industry
* BSEE or equivalent degree required, MSEE or MBA a plus
* Deep expertise in market segment strategic analysis including market size, value chains, and ecosystem assessment
* Ability to comprehend technical multi-discipline designs and make recommendations optimized for product requirements, while also accounting for technical, resource and schedule constraints
* Strong track record of product launches executed in related, preferably sensors market segments
* Energetic and prefers to work in a small company environment with minimal overhead and supervision
* World-class people management skills to interface with colleagues cross functional teams and third parties
* Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences
* Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
* Willing to travel
