mCube Inc. requires an experienced Strategic Account Sales Manager to join its growing sales team in China. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales professional who is looking to advance their career with an entrepreneurial and dynamic organization.
Report directly to VP of Sales and be responsible for promoting mCube motion sensor products and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and profitability objectives in defined strategic accounts. The Strategic Sales Manager will manage key smartphone and tablet key accounts in China. This position is required to reside either in Shanghai or Shenzhen to cover assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote mCube products to branded customers and ODMs ensuring customers are knowledgeable about the products and actively pursuing design opportunities
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure ample backlog and inventory to service accounts within the assigned territory
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Create and maintain strategic plans to maximize chance of winning opportunities.
- Ensure the distribution of information and training to customers and distributors, and follow up with distributors in order to maximize sales opportunities
- Engage, quantify and report design and sales activities in key accounts
- Evaluate and report on competition activities within the territory
- Program manage key projects and act as escalation point to align internal resources to win designs
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in Electronic Engineering
- Electronic components and semiconductor selling experience is must either working for a manufacturer or component distributor
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience
- Experience selling to key Smartphone and Tablet accounts in China
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Results-oriented with proven track records
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates a sense of initiative and autonomy
- Must combine strong interpersonal skills with drive and tenacity
- Available for frequent travel
