职位描述
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
? Lead and manage the local RA team in the country;
? Account for full compliance with local laws and regulations;
? Implement and maintain all required tools according RA guidelines;
? Report every critical deviation and claim in time and standardized with DMS
? Perform internal audits, define actions and improve defined standards;
? Implement SHE rules and coordinate SHE activities in the Country;
? Organize risk management for transport safety in the Country;
? Standardize SHE processes and guarantee full compliance, for:
- all goods shipped out
- all goods imported
- all other transports
? Comply with transport regulations for goods in countries of destination(outbound);
? Audit existing processes and improve SHE standards in the Country;
? Collect, prepare dossier and fulfil new chemical substance registration per business need
? Supporting business lines on GHS MSDS and labelling
? Set up and implement safety management for the 3PL service providers
? Approve HS code and stop noncompliance statement
? Plan and conduct tailor-made internal training courses to other teams
Qualification & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above in Chemical related major
? 6 years+ related experiences in chemical industry, MNC preferred
? Good knowledge in Dangerous Good Regulation (DGR) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS);
? Basic understanding of the Global Harmonized System (GHS) and REACH
? Proven know-how and knowledge in Transport Safety and Dangerous Goods Management
? Good knowledge on Material Safety Data Sheet and China new chemical substance registration
