Key Responsibilities / Activities
1. Responsible for Application solution development by using Renesas products (hardware/software, especially Analog or Analog/ Digital Mixed) according to the requirements from customers or Renesas internal parties;
2. Promotion activities for Design In & Technical Support: work with technical marketing staff to provide customers with technical support before and after sales;
3. Other tasks assigned by leaders;
4. Based in Shanghai

Main Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree, electronics or electrical engineering background/major;
2. More than 3 years related experience in Analog and Power Device application solution development; nice to have experience in MCU device application solution development
3. Rich knowledge of semiconductors, control automation, sensor, power devices, etc.;
4. Rich experience and knowledge of Board design (Analog hardware), system design, ORCAD, PROTEL, POWERPCB, etc.; Nice to have experiecne and knowledge of C programming and OS for embededd products.
5. Experience and/or ability of independently designing digital power system, UPS system, solar power system, & knowledge of EMC/EMI are preferred;
6. Excellent PC skills;
7. Good communication skill, technical presentation & training skills;
8. Good documentation writing ability;
9. Smart, logistic, proactive, self-motivated, creative, detail oriented and respect teamwork;
10. Good Mandarin and Nice to communicate in English.
