Reports to: Technical Customer Service Manager (based in Shanghai)

Education: University or Diploma graduate in Textile.
Good command in English and Putonghua (both spoken and written)

Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- 5-10 years working experience in textile field, preferable with the knowledge on quality control & dye-house management
- Good networking and relationship with fabric mills
- Good knowledge on both home textile and knit production process
- Pro-active, independent and solution orientated working style
- Good communication and presentation skills, sound interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Able to travel.

Responsibilities:
1) Provide technical support (i.e. dyeing & finishing) from fabric to garment for those external (e.g.

fabric dyers, garment laundries, buying offices and brands) & internal customers (North Asia Customer
Service team, Business Development & Marketing teams)

2) Assist North Asia Customer Service team at the technical level in claim management and trouble
shooting

3) Organize technical seminars, in-house workshops, education and training in China at the request of
Lenzing, customers and various institutes

4) Provide dyeing and finishing expert opinions to assist Lenzing customers in their product developments

5) Support the Business Development team in activities for dyeing & finishing aspects
6) Alliance with Asia machine suppliers, dyestuff/chemical, laboratories, institutes to optimize
Lenzing’s support to the customers.

7) To be part of the global technical support network, as a bridge to link Lenzing with the market.
Develop new sources in Asia for Lenzing Merchandising and Business Development teams

8) Support the brand policing
