岗位职责：

在系统中及时处理日常销售订单，准确及时安排物流配送等；
严格按照操作流程审核销售订单及销售合同，对于存在瑕疵的合同及时发现报告，确保合同审核到为，规避企业运营风险；
客户数据数据维护，客户信息维护修改等操作；
定期出具订单完成追踪报告，执行时间等统计报告；
能够独立处理内部客户和外部客户的需求；
负责协调进口货物清关报关，以及海外货运代理一海关批文等协调工作；
协调客户根据账期付款，定期绘制账龄分析表及时进行风险评估,清理长账龄的订单以及确定销售提成金额；

任职条件：

大学本科学历，物流专业优先；
具有较强的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力、计划与执行能力；
流利的英语读写能力；
良好的Office应用能力；

Job Description:

Deal with sales order processing in order system, including sales order entry, tracking , shipment arrangement etc；
Contract Review: Unitary contract check during whole process；
Data Management: Maintain customer data into system；
Prepare Management Reports；
Work independently as all logistics contact window to internal & external customers；
Responsible for efficient execution of inbound customs clearance activity. Work with forwarders and brokers to ensure smooth and fast customs clearance；
Customer Credit anylsis control and AR collection also supporting for comission caculation；

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in logistics management；
Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities, able to work under stressful environment, analytical and intellectual competency, and able to work independently；
Good command of English, both spoken and written；
Good computer skills in MS Office；
