QUALIFICATIONS

工作资格：

1, High school or above

中专及以上学历；

2, At least five years’ experience on injection moulding machine and associated equipment repair and maintenance

.必须具有5年以上注塑机及周边设备的维修维护经验；

3, High-tension and Low-voltage certificates is required, crane operating certificate is also preferred.

必须具有高低压电工资格证书；最好有行车操作证;

4.Basical English knowledge is preferred

有基本的英语听说写能力优先;

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责：

1, Establish the equipment preventive and predictive maintenance program in Q-Pulse system and implement accordingly, and sure documentation in system is kept up to date.

制定所有生产设备的预防性/预见性维护计划并按计划实施,上传并保存所有相关文件记录.

2, Perform daily Problem-shooting of all production equipment such as injection moulding machines, dryers, chillers, compressors, mould temperature controllors and etc., and responding immediately to machinery breakdowns

负责注塑及其周边设备，包括空压机、冷水机、烘料机, 模温机等设备的日常维修,及时处理机器设备故障并上传保存记录.

3, Establish operation manuals and control the daily operation, feedback and corrected abnormal operation of machines promptly.
编制设备操作规程，监督设备的日常运行，及时纠正和反馈设备运行过程中存在的异常

4, Schedules and ensures proper completion of work that may need to be accomplished by outside vendors. GM approval is necessary prior to using outside vendors.

负责机器设备外包维护保养的实施和验证,非计划性的外包修理须事先得到批准.

5, Ensure optimum inventory of critical equipment spares parts

负责必要备件采购申请和库存管理

6, Is available during non-work hours as needed and responds to emergency calls in a timely manner.

下班后如有紧急维修要求, 应及时到厂处理.

7, Control special equipment's annual safety inspection and ensure all special equipment to be valid.
参与特种设备的年检并确保证书的有效.。

8, Take part in new equipment installation assessment and be responsible for technique files.
参与设备的安装、验收，负责设备的技术资料管理。

9, Respond to various facility maintenance needs to include water/electrical/lighting/heating/office equipment and ect.

负责工厂水电,照明,空调和办公设备和其它厂务的日常维护

10, Ensures fire safety equipment (fire alarm system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc.) are operational and that inspections are current, and forwards inspection reports to HR.

确保消防设施的有效性.

11, Work closely with other departments to improve maximum production output with good quality and EHS compliance.

配合其他部门持续改进生产效率,质量和EHS管理.

12, Other work arranged by supervisor on time
