We are seeking an intelligent, creative and detail-oriented Online Marketing Manager to focus on Media and Content marketing. Your main duties will include the development of content such as sales tools, ebooks, product kits, webinars, technical blog posts, video case studies, and other collateral from scratch to help us convert visitors into leads. And leads into customers!
Responsibilities:
Content Editorial Calendar
? Design CBL International’s content editorial calendar to ensure strategic messages (such as newsletters) are developed, designed and delivered in a timely manner.
? Work cross functionally with our Product & Sales Team to identify new content opportunities for CBL International.
? Work with the Marketing Operations Manager and the Creative team to develop, design, schedule and execute all of CBL International’s content marketing initiatives.
Social Media
? Manage CBL International’s presence and grow our reach across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
? Ensure brand voice consistency across all social channels
? Test and optimize based on data from analytics tools
? Cultivate our online community Blog
? Manage CBL International’s blog and optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
? Write articles across a wide variety of topics, and edit / supervise other blog contributors.
? Maintain brand voice and positioning, style, tone.
? Grow our blog subscribers and expand the overall blog's reach.
Website
? Drive the development and updates of the CBL International’s website.
? Work with the Web Production team to ensure delivery on communication goals and overall consistency.
Email Marketing
? Manage, develop and track our email marketing campaigns to drive conversion.
? Make sure the right emails get into the right inboxes, at the right times, driving the right behavior!
PR
? Drive our PR agency to create and execute a comprehensive plan across all of CBL International’s mktg initiatives.
? Interface w/ reporters and bloggers, and navigate the landscape for maximum impact.
? Write, manage and issue press releases for product launches, customer wins, company milestones, etc.
? Interview customers for technical case studies, video case studies, customer blog posts, etc.
Product Marketing
? Create marketing and sales collateral that demonstrates our benefits, features, and value proposition.
? Conduct message testing and competitive research.
? Position our products/services for maximum impact and appeal understanding our audiences needs.
Qualifications:
? 3-5 years developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, integrated programs, branding, positioning and product launches.
? 2+ years of project management experience.
? 2+ years of vendor/partner management experience.
o Fluency in all aspects of mobile technology, enterprise software, cloud based solutions.
o Proven track record of applying post-campaign analytics/metrics to maximize ROI.
o Project management ability to gain consensus across functional teams, managing timelines and budgets.
o Excellent English communicator – oral, written, & presentations.
? Savvy wordsmith with a knack and love for writing and a comprehensive understanding of mobile.
? Battle-tested sense of humor.
? Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar concentrations.
