Responsibilities:(职责)
? Assist President in Asia Pacific in daily secretarial and administrative support(协助亚太地区总裁处理日常秘书行政类工作)
? Arrange and coordinate President’s routine schedule, manage President’s business appointments and travel arrangements and reminder President of planned arrangement(安排和协调总裁例行时间表,管理总裁商务约会,行程安排,提醒总裁各项计划安排)
? Responsible for inner departments coordination (负责内部部门协调)
? Assistant GM to manage on the company operation and function departments, assist to monitor and push company regulation, policy and plan implement. (协助总经理管理公司的运作和智能部门,协助监控推动公司法规政策和计划实施)
? Assist GM to make company culture constuction and assit GM to handle with all the promotion activities. (协助总经理完善公司文化建筑,处理各类宣传活动)
? Handle routine correspondence and telephone enquiries that do not require executive attention or refer them to appropriate parties(处理日常信件和电话查询)
? Assist GM to make and improve company regualations(协助总经理制定及完善公司规章制度)
? Establish and manage files, records, and follow-up systems(建立和管理文件,记录和后续系统)
? Attend/hold the meeting organized by President, make meeting record and sort out, monitor and follow implement(出席主持总裁发起的会议,记录整理,监控,实施)
? Convey President’s approved information to related department and follow the implement(将总裁指示传递到各部门,并按照实施)
? Liaise with Senior Management, customers in the course of President’s schedule, itinerary and contacts(协调好公司高层与客户之间的行程计划安排 )
? Draft and edit letters and memos on own initiative or from verbal instructions(在与计划客户会晤中应主动编辑好草案及做好备忘录)
? Make reception of customers(接待好客户)
? Other administrative duties (其他行政类工作)
? Requirements:(要求)
? Above bachelor degree with a minimum of XXX years of solid EA experience in multinational companies, more than XXX of which in the capacity of EA to Senior Executive or President(本科及以上学历,需要有多年跨国公司工作经验,有能担任跨国公司总裁或ceo的能力)
? Pleasant personality, open and proactive, communicative, reliable, dynamic and trustworthy(性格开朗,活泼,积极善于交际,可靠并值得信赖)
? Well organized and with good planning skills, experienced in coordinating considerable amount of travel, meetings and calls for President, Global and senior management team(具有良好的组织和规划能力,充分具备能协调好总裁与全球各高级管理团队之间的各项会议经验)
? Quick learner, detail and result-oriented, strong sense of service, quick-response and highly efficient working style, powerful sense of responsibility(学习能力强,注重细节及最优化结果,有高效的工作作风和快速反应,责任感和责任心皆强)
? A good team player, excellent communication and mature interpersonal skills(具有团队合作精神,良好的沟通和成熟的人际交往能力)
? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese(英语和汉语说写流利)
? Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)(电脑熟练,WORD, EXCEL POWERPOINT,等)
