工作内容概述：

* Inserting and/or revising the data of the items in our management system (such as item name, item supplier, item description, inner quantity, master carton quantity, carton size, carton G.W., carton N.W., HS code, VAT refund…)

输入新产品或者更改系统中相关产品数据（比如品名，供应商，产品描述，数量，尺寸，净毛重，商品编码等等）。

* Inserting the purchase orders of the above-mentioned items in our management system

输入产品对应的采购订单。

*Inserting the RMB purchasing price and the Fob EURO selling price of all above-mentioned items in the management system

输入产品对应的采购人民币价格和销售欧元价格。

* Inserting or revising the PROFORMA INVOICES containing the orders of the above-mentioned items in the management system

输入产品对应的出口合同。

* Contacting the suppliers asking more information about the products and their ETD

联系供应商索取更多产品相关信息和交货期。

*Taking pictures of all the items that we load on the containers every week

需对每周出口的产品拍照留记录。

The ideal asset is a Chinese candidate, speaking fluently both Mandarin and English.

在五金或者工具产业方面有相关采购经验者

积极努力，能够独立灵活处理工作事务

中英文流利，有留学海外或者在海外工作经验者优先。
