职位职能: 行政专员/助理

岗位职责（工作地点：奉贤区环城东路2028号）
1、在分公司经理的指导和分配下开展工作；
2，分公司日常行政管理的运作（包括办公用品领用、快递收发、饮用水供给、协调物业、行政费用填单报销等等）；
3、负责分公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
4、公司全员的考勤统计记录；
5、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
1、行政管理或相关专业中专及以上学历；
2、两年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
6、形象秀丽大方，女性优先。
